Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale
Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale is a new dealership in Arizona. Here, they use Volvo Valet to differentiate themselves from other premium brands by improving on their already great service experience.
Jason Church, the General Manager describes Volvo Valet as “Uber for service. Customers can see on the app the car heading their way. When the driver arrives to pick up your car and drop off the loaner, you'll get notifications. Just hand the keys to the attendant, we’ll take it in for service and bring it back when it’s done.”
Given the tangible benefits from offering Volvo Valet pickup & delivery service, they decided to provide the service at no additional cost to the customer.
To maximize the customer base able to use the service, Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale focuses on offering pickup & delivery for services that have a relatively quick turnaround, which makes the most of their existing loaner fleet.
An added benefit of Volvo Valet is that it smooths out demand spikes during peak periods through getting vehicles at off hours. According to Church, “That allows us to book appointments that sometimes we wouldn’t have been able to book”.
While their program is still ramping up, customers clearly value the service as evidenced by the 98% positive customer feedback. Church said “We are getting rave reviews from our customers. They love it. We make potential pain points painless. We provide a service in the digital age that people expect but they’ve not been used to receiving from dealerships. That’s the game changer.”
Moreover, it’s not just the end customers that appreciate the Volvo Valet software. We have received resounding feedback from the Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale team that our software for running the service is intuitive and easy to use, making the rollout simple.
